If you prefer you can go on-line and renew or
take out a first time membership. You will be taken to SPORG, our on-line
retailer. Click on our logo to go to the on-line retailer. You may download an application form to join CHEO by clicking here. Then you will be able to mail it in to the office and send either a check or money order. If it does not work, perhaps you don't have Acrobat Reader installed.
