In November of 2004, the CHEO Board of Directors instituted the following policies for assessors to be listed on the CHEO website.

"Any individual that wants to be listed on the CHEO Assessor page of our website is required to submit 3 letters of reference from home educators that they have assessed in the past and a copy of your current teaching certificate"

Please send your 3 letters of reference and a copy of your certificate, along with your contact information to:

        Address (this is required, but it does not have to be posted on the site -
                      if you want it left off please note this on your information)

        E-mail address
        Phone number (with area code)
        County you reside in

It would be very helpful if you could "check-in" early each spring to let us know that your information is still the same. Please check in at  webmaster@cheohome.org
