Assessor Requirements

If you wish to be listed on the CHEO assessor’s page the following things need to be sent
to the CHEO office either by e-mail or by regular mail to CHEO, 616 Hebron Rd., Suite E, Heath, OH 43056.

  1. A copy of your teaching certificate (can be a scan that is e-mailed)
  2. Three letters of reference from homeschool families that you have previously assessed
  3. Your name, address, phone number and e-mail
